About Us

Homes for All are a "social letting agency" developed by Aksa Homes based in the center of Oldham, who are part of the New Charter Housing Trust Group. This service has been developed in partnership with Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council and the aim of the service is to help people in Oldham and the surrounding areas to find good standard, affordable homes, with long-term tenancies in the private sector.

We also offer the owners of second properties a viable alternative to selling their property; being able to place their property in the hands of a "not for profit" organisation who they can trust to look after their interests in the long term and at the same time provide a comfortable home for a family.

New Charter Housing Trust Group is a social landlord owning 18,700 homes. We have a turnover of £90 million and a workforce of 800 people. The Group consists of New Charter Homes, based in the Greater Manchester area, Gedling Homes in Nottingham and Aksa Homes in Oldham.

Both Aksa and New Charter are Registered Providers of Housing and are “not for profit” organisations and Aksa has charitable status as an Industrial and Provident society.

Both New Charter and Aksa are registered and regulated by Homes & Community Agency (HCA) and both companies have excellent ratings with regard to performance and satisfaction from customers.

Aksa was formed in 1990 and owns and manages over 700 homes across Oldham, Bury, Manchester and Tameside, with a turnover of over £4 million a year.
